YOU AND YOUR BODY � � � Everybody has one body, so you need to look after it. Young people who don't look after their bodies will have problems when they are older. Such as your teeth, eye problems or may become paralyzed.
DO SOME SPORTS AND EXERCISES! Many people spend their free time in front of TV and computer. � TV spoils our eyes and we'll be lazy and fat. � A healthy person does some physical works and exercises for 30 minutes a day. � Good sports: playing football or basketball, cycling, running or just being out in the nature. �
AVOID JUNK FOOD-EAT HEALTHY FOOD! Don't eat junk food - eat more fruit and vegetables. � To much sweets can damage your teeth and you can have plus kilogrammes. �
BALANCED DIET We should eat three times a day. � You should eat a balanced diet. � 50% should be complex carbohydrate: bread, potato, rice, pasta. � 30% should be fruit and vegetables: apple, orange, pineapple, banana, carrot, salad, tomato. � 15 -18% should be protein: meat, fish, cheese, egg, bean. � 2 -5% should be fat and sugar. �
DON'T START SMOKING! Don't smoke, because it damages your liver and your lungs. � Others´smoke is also bad for you, so try to avoid places that are smoky. � Smoking can cause cancer. � The people who smoke live on average 7 -10 years less than non-smokers. � Smoking is very dangerous for pregnant moms. �
PROTECT YOUR SKIN! Protect your skin from fire, hot sunshine or other corrosive subtances. � In hot, sunny weather wear sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat. ' � Between 11: 00 and 15: 00 it's dangerous to be in hot, sunny day. � Use creams to protect your skin. �
WEAR SHOES THAT FIT PROPERLY! Wear comfortable shoes, because it can damage ankle, your feet and your posture. � Don't buy to tight or to big shoes. � Some shoes can cause foot infections, deformations. �
