Violence • People who carry guns are more likely to become victims of gun violence. • If you are ever sexually attacked your goal is to survive. • Hate Crime- People targeted because of their race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, or physical or mental disability. • Date rape drugs are difficult to detect because they are mixed with food or drink.
Speedball • Speedball is a mixture between soccer and team handball. • You can score by either kicking the ball in the net or throwing it in the net. • You cannot pick up the ball if it is on the ground.
Basketball Rules • • • When dribbling, a player must look up so that they can see their open teammates. When dribbling, a player should be using their fingertips and not the palm of their hands. In the basketball tournament there were three people on each team and each game was played for five minutes. The captain of each team was told to report the score after each game and must bring the basketball with them. When a team is on offense, their goal is to score. When a team is on defense, their goal is to keep the other team from scoring without fouling. After a player has picked up their dribble, they are not allowed to move their feet. When passing the basketball, a player must begin a pass by stepping with the opposite foot and ending a pass with their thumbs pointed downwards. When shooting a basketball, a player must have their knees bent, ball placed on their fingertips, and releasing the ball by reaching into the cookie jar
