TIPS FOR OPTIMUM WELLNESS & AVOIDING BURNOUT o Take time to plan and assess o It’s ok to say “no” o Capitalize on “two birds one stone”-activities when appropriate o Be proactive to reduce stress o Recognize the “warning signs” of stress, acknowledge them, and take a moment o Take deep breathes when you need them and don’t be afraid to use a power pose o Do not underestimate the power of a good night’s sleep and drinking water!
