Why Wellness? • Appriss firmly believes in creating a work environment that allows our top talent to operate at their best. • This work environment extends beyond our new workspace, and even beyond our policies and procedures. Current State vs. Future State • Our current wellness model is almost entirely built around tobacco usage. • We spend well over $1 million dollars paying non-smokers. . . to not smoke. • This model doesn’t work for the company or employees, and doesn’t align with our benefits and wellness strategy.
