CEU’s Continuing Education Units are required to renew licenses to maintain certification. Many careers require an individual to obtain additional hours of education within a specific time period. For example 60 hours of CEU’s within 2 years. Some CEU’s may completed online through an agency or accreditation website while others may be professional development courses completed in person at your facility.
