Who Am I? • I grew up on the lake and mountains of Kelowna, B. C. swimming competitively, both at a national and international level. • After law school, I clerked for two superior court justices at the B. C. Court of Appeal then articled at a “Big 7” Canadian law firm. • My law practice migrated from private practice to in-house corporate counsel at a large Canadian bank, focusing my practice on the financial markets and the securities that are traded on them. • This securities law expertise took me from Bay Street to Wall Street with various large Canadian and U. S. based financial institutions. Slide 2

• Having worked as a lawyer on Bay Street, Wall Street and main street, I could see firsthand the importance of healthy lifestyle choices and a focus on fitness that was such an integral part of my upbringing. • After 20 years in the financial industry, in order to provide a better life for my amazing and energetic 6 year old son and family, I made the decision to move back out West to focus on the lifestyle values that are important to me. • When I’m not working, you can find me at spin class, doing yoga, or playing Lego with my little boy! Slide 3

Qualifications • I am called to the bar in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and New York State. I bring with me seasoned experience in corporate law, corporate finance, investment management and business transactions. My experience has exposed me to a wide variety of complex legal matters and I bring thoroughness, clarity and creativity to solving clients’ business and legal needs. I provide proactive solutions to mitigate risk. Slide 4

Philosophy • After experiencing a health issue myself last year that side lined me for a period of time, I realized the importance of a 360 degree approach to health and wellness in every person’s life. I believe that the “good life” is found in a lifestyle that is devoted to mental, physical and emotional health. A “wealthy” existence is one in which success and happiness is about abundance and balance. I have decided to channel my legal career into this space and create a health and wellness legal advisory platform. Slide 5
