Health and Wellness Center Services • General Medical care for acutely ill or injured students • Routine exams • Immunizations • Confidential STD and HIV testing • Contraceptive Management • International travel consultation • Lab testing • On-site formulary • Mental health counseling, screening and referral

Counseling Services • Counseling is FREE to TUGS (virtual program available as part of COVID-19 response) • Counseling available by appointments • Counselors can provide individual, couples & group counseling. Sessions are typically one hour. • Students are able to utilize 10 sessions a year. • Counselor will provide referrals to outside services mental health professionals if needed.

When to get help? • Before it is “awful” • Proactive not reactive • Counselor can help with building social skills, self esteem, and managing the stress of transitions. • Reality check—is this normal? • Missing classes • Increased alcohol & drug use
