Health and Social Care and Childcare Reform Timeline of what’s happened so far • September 2015 – March 2016: Sector review: Health & Social Care and Childcare • July 2016: Review Report published • January – August 2017: procurement process to commission awarding bodies to develop the new qualifications • March 2017: determination to restrict is published • September 2017: Qualifications Wales (QW) announced the consortium of City & Guilds and WJEC would deliver the new suite of qualifications
