Hazardous Waste Training Instructions • EH&S Hazardous Waste training is a prerequisite for gaining access to CAPS’ laboratories • You must take this training either online or attend a classroom presentation no less than once every 12 months – Each FSU employees is required to attend a classroom presentation of this training all at least once during their stay with the university • Contact the CAPS Safety Coordinator at safety@caps. fsu. edu for clarification if needed Continue 1

With FSUID Click on this link • If not already populated, enter your FSUID Username, and the password • If you are having trouble, contact CAPS’ Human Resources Continue 4

With FSUID • Do not change the information in the FSUID box • Fill out the rest of the information – You will be sent confirmation of completion at the email provided in the “Preferred Email” box • Click the “Complete Training” button Continue 5
