Game summary Quick Overview n n Command Conquer Generals is a real time strategy game for the PC. The game focuses on the growing threat of the Global Liberation Army (GLA).

Story Line n There are three different factions which maintain a balance of power: The USA which adopts emergent technologies and support units; China, which swamps defences, and the Global Liberation Army, a terrorist network which uses low-tech ingenuity and guerrilla tactics. The Chinese and the USA are targets of the GLA.

Player’s Role n You will have the chance to fight to save the world from the terrorist threat.

Installation n n Two CDs for installation. CD is required while playing.

User Interface n Mouse and Keyboard

Game Play n The overall game play is simple, you click on units, click where you want them to go/fight, and right click to deselect them. Each unit has a variety of special icons that represent skills it has.

Scoring n When you complete, fail or exit a mission halfway through the game, the end of mission scoring screen will come up giving you statistics of each side that participated in the game.

Art Work n State of the art 3 D engine experience command & conquer in unprecedented detail as you battle it out in full 3 D on urban cityscapes, rugged deserts and frozen wastelands real time strategy never looked so sharp.

Sound And Music n n Battle sounds are very good, with units reporting and yelling for backup or extraction. Armor has a distinctive firing sound. Choppers and jets have a distinctive sound, and the whoosh of a Raptor on an attack run is wonderful to hear. If fighting heats up to a full scale battle the music will increase in intensity. There is specific music for each faction.

Special Features n n Battle honors it's not about wins anymore it's about medals you earn. Players can now collect battle honors as the progress through the solo and multiplayer game. These medals are based on conquering parts of the game or employing a unique type of strategy to achieve an objective during a mission all medals will be displayed next to a players name for bragging rights when they are logged in for online play.

Bugs n Sometimes, when more than 1 player is in the game, the game runs very slow.

Game Review What’s Good About The Game? Why? n You should train and play for many times to know everything about the game which make good skills a good factor that creates victory.

What’s bad about the game? Why? n In the previous version, the player had a long list of maps to choose from. In the Command And Conquer Generals, you only have few maps to choose from.

How Does It Compare To Similar Games in Same Genre. n This game is the one of the best in its same genre.

Why is it better or worse than similar games? n When you play this game, you feel that you are in a real battle because you have to make a plan, to fight, and the best real thing is that the hero is not one person, but a whole team, a whole nation.

What is the appropriate audience for this game? n All people in their teen ages or older.

Are Any Design Mistakes Present? n I didn’t see any design mistakes.
