To Save messages in your current voice mail box: – Enable Message Delivery • Message Delivery is a feature that will send your voice mail messages to your email as a. wav file attachment • Call 5 -4900 or email ithelp@harvard. edu and request Message Delivery be enabled – Once enabled, go into your voice mail box • Choose the message you want to save • Forward the message to yourself (follow the voice mail prompts) • The voice mail will forward to your email You cannot transfer messages between voice mail systems.
