Story Setting • This story starts off first in England, but ends up in the magical school known as Hogwarts.

What it’s about • This story entails the beginning of Harry Potter as he discovers his magical power. • Through his introduction to Hogwarts, he is now associated with two new friends Hermione and Ron • Henry never fit in with his regular life so Hogwarts is a brand new start • As he arrives at Hogwarts he meets friends and rivals. As well as a very self-centered professor

What it’s about cont. • As Harry attends Hogwarts, he also started to play the sport Quidditch • Quidditch- Objective is to catch the golden snitch before your opponent • During this time Hermione and Ron are also looking for the sorcerer's (philosopher) stone because they believed it was bound to be stolen by Prof. Snape for Voldemort’s use.

In the End… • Harry finds out that Professor Snape isn’t the real villain and that Quirell was working under Voldemort. • Harry also finds out that Voldemort is controlling Quirell. • Voldemort then abandons Quirell when the plans fail and the philosopher stone is destroyed due to The quarrel between him and Harry • Harry then awakes later with Dumbledore explaining what happened. • They leave at the end of the semester with them not being able to use magic outside of Hogwarts

Rating • Really good book as always. • 5 out of 5
