GOALS FOR 2016 • To provide efficient support and maintenance of End-User Devices in the University • To provide timely service to the University Community • To provide preventive and proactive maintenance of the Post-UTME CBT computers

MEETINGS Team Meetings scheduled for every Monday by 10. 30 am

HARDWARE ACHIEVEMENTS • Issuing out laptops to students and Faculty Officers • Successful maintenance of the laptops in the Library for the JAMB and G. S. CBT exams • Successful repair of the Academic Unit System and recovery of dept. of works lost files in their system. • Repair of systems in Mass Communication departmental computer laboratory in readiness for the accreditation team visit

HARDWARE CHALLENGES • • Lack of tools Lack of intellectual update i. e. Training Power Issue Poor Management of our toilet system i. e. water, toilet tissues, accessories.
