Public Relation Skills � A distinctive management function which helps establishing and maintain mutual lines of communications, understanding, acceptance, and cooperation between an organization and its publics on whom its success or failure depends. � To communicate essence of the library to the appropriate audience, to whom it has so much to offer and to fix the idea in their minds that the library is source of incalculable value.
