So, ln (1+0, 01 x)*n =ln 2 n=ln 2/ln (1+0, 01 x) But, since for a very small 0, 01 x it can be substituted with ln (1+0, 01 x), we get: n=100 ln 2/x ln 2=0, 69 and therefore we can quite write that n=70/x.
