形容詞的比較分為三級： 原級─happy She is happy. 比較級─happier She is happier than her sister. 最高級─happiest She is the happiest girl in the class.

形容詞比較級的規則變化(一) 少於兩音節(含)的形容詞： Adj. + er =比較級 Adj. + est =最高級 Examples~ tall → taller → tallest long → longer → longest clever → cleverest
