Math Teaching Point: I can compare three-digit numbers. • Word Problem of the Day • I can compare three-digit numbers using greater than, less than, and equal to symbols. • Complete the 5 -minute fact fluency assessment. • Mini-lesson: One last skill that we practiced in quarter 3 was comparing numbers. Today, we will review with some practice problems. • Task: Complete the task cards on the document camera and write the symbols in the correct box on your recording sheet. Send it back to school.

Phonics Some words in English are not spelled how they sound. It is hard to decode these words. That is because they may have silent letter combinations. Some silent letter combinations we will study include: kn, wr, gn, mb, lf, mn, sc, and gh. Let’s look at some example words together.
