Activities can be divided as Three Parts • A. Collection of Materials/Documents and • B. Passing the Materials/Documents and the Hajees • C. Conducting Training Classes and Information to Medical Camps

Collection of Materials/Documents and Information • • • The work of a Trainer Starts with collection of Material/Documents: 1. List of hajees allotted to him with Contact details 2. Haj Guidelines and Rules 3. Circulars issued by the HCI and 4. Any other documents or material which is helpful for Hajees such as sample of Baggage Sticker, Haj Guide etc

The most important work of a Trainer is to collect the information including the latest information from HCo. I The Trainer should collect all Information includes the latest information from the HCo. I and SHC. Such as 1. Amount of Payment and its date in Two Stages. 2. Submission of Passport and other documents 3. Details of Haj training Classes 4. Vaccination details 5. Date of journey and return 6. Details and Procedure Haj Camp etc

Passing the information and Documents to the Hajees • The first duty of a Trainer is to have a personal interaction with his Hajees over phone and in Person and build up good relation. • Try to provide documents such as Pay in Slip, Medical Screening Certificate, if needed • Passing time to time information such as Payment, submission of Documents etc. • Supporting for inoculation and Providing Materials • Prepare a sample of Bag Sticker in consultation with SHC and pass the same to the Hajees

Conducting Training Classes and Medical Camps The most important duty of a Trainer is to conduct the Training classes in Three Level and also try to conduct Medical Camp. The trainer has to collect all the materials and information in this regard. He is to be prepared and to apportion the details accordingly

Pass the latest information from the HCo. I and SHC 2. Give the exact Journey details such as date, reporting time. 3. Reminding to complete the documentation 4. Collection of Documents 5. Procure a Self Medical Report 6. Reminding the Procedures in the different places 7. Delay in Transit in different Places
