Responding to Urgent Needs • All around the world, CRWRC's International Disaster Response team responds to natural and man-made disasters, bringing relief and aid to those who need it most. • CRWRC works in cooperation with local and international nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) in order to respond quickly and effectively to the urgent needs of a community. • Local expertise and knowledge provided by partners is invaluable to the work of CRWRC, especially where there are no CRWRC community development projects. • CRWRC receives significant financial support through its membership in the Canadian Foodgrains Bank (CFGB) and from the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).
