Fly-in schedule is: Wednesday November 9, 2016: Fly-In to the Shaw Centre, in accordance with the assigned sequence, commencing at 9 AM. Aircraft will be sequenced approximately every 45 minutes, depending upon how long it takes to remove necessary rotor blades and ground handle each aircraft into the Shaw Centre. Thursday November 10, 2016: Remainder of landings for Fly-In to the VCC Terrace. Departure schedule: Monday November 14, 2016 commencing at 9 AM. Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 9 AM. Departure date dependent upon weather. Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at 9 AM. Backup weather day for departures.
