H 463 我靈，鎮靜 BE STILL, MY SOUL (節1/3, 頁1/2) 我靈，鎮靜！主正在你身旁， Be still, my soul! The Lord is on thy side; 憂傷十架，務要忍耐擔當； Bear patiently the cross of grief or pain; 信靠父神，由祂安排主張， Leave to thy God to order and provide; 萬變之中，惟主信實久長； In every change He faithful will remain.

H 463 (節1/3, 頁2/2) 我靈，鎮靜！天友最是善良， Be still, my soul! Thy best, thy heavenly Friend 經過荊棘，引到歡樂之疆。 Through thorny ways leads to a joyful end.

H 463 (節2/3, 頁1/2) 我靈，鎮靜！一切有主擔當， Be still, my soul! Thy God doth undertake 未來引導，必與過去一樣， To guide the future as He has the past. 任何遭遇莫讓信、望動搖， Thy hope, thy confidence let nothing shake; 眼前隱秘終必成為明朗； All now mysterious shall be bright at last.

H 463 (節2/3, 頁2/2) 我靈，鎮靜！風浪仍在聽命， Be still, my soul! The waves and winds still know 有如當年主使風浪平靜。 His voice who ruled them while He dwelt below.

H 463 (節3/3, 頁1/2) 我靈，鎮靜！時間過去何速， Be still, my soul! The hour is hast’ning on 即將與主永遠同在一處； When we shall be forever with the Lord, 失望、驚恐，那時遠遠離我， When disappointment, grief, and fear are gone, 愛何無窮，忘記一切憂傷； Sorrow forgot, love’s purest joys restored.

H 463 (節3/3, 頁2/2) 我靈，鎮靜！當主擦我眼淚， Be still, my soul! When change and tears are past, 平安滿溢，當在天家相逢。 All safe and blessed we shall meet at last.

神是我們的避難所 God Is Our Refuge 〔可拉後裔的詩歌、交與伶長、調用女音。〕神是我們的避難 所、是我們的力量、是我們在患難中隨時的幫助。所以地雖改 變、山雖搖動到海心、其中的水雖匉訇翻騰、山雖因海漲而戰 抖、我們也不害怕。〔細拉〕(詩 46: 1 -3) God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging. God is within her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day. Nations are in uproar, kingdoms fall; he lifts his voice, the earth melts. He makes wars cease to the ends of the earth; he breaks the bow and shatters the spear, he burns the shields with fire.
