PSAR & It’s Achievements Launched in September 2013 Five Patents per student 35000+ BE Sem VII students have studied more than 1, 50, 000 Patents Literacy for IPR/Patents among all students raised to a very significant level.

Course Content Basics of Patent Definitions Objective of Patenting Requirement/Criteria’s for Patentability Inventions which are not patentable (Section 3 & 4) Indian Patent Office, Address, Scope, services offered, Jurisdiction of each office. Patent Filing procedure in India (Forms No, Title, Purpose, fees and if any time limit) Performa of Form 1, 2 & 3 explanations for each item under all forms.
