Guideline 2. 1 : Make all functionality available from a keyboard. Mouse-over activated pop-up menu items that cannot be accessed through the keyboard. But a non-mouse user can access a page that lists information that is equivalent to that in the mouseactivated pop-up 2
Guideline 2. 2: Provide users enough time to read and use content • User controlled time limits on presentation • Blinking doesn’t interfere with reading content, Moving content can be paused and restarted • Auto-refresh and other interruptions can be suppressed by a user • Re-authentication after time-out does not lose data (AAA) 3

Guideline 2. 4: Help users with disabilities navigate, find content and determine where they are • Provide a way to bypass content repeated on multiple pages • Pages should have descriptive titles • Sequential navigation should show relationships and information through presentation • The purpose of a link is understood by text and context. 5
