Action plan of TBIs in Shanghai • Development History 2003 2000 1997 Shanghai Technology Innovation Center 1988 1990 set up incubator in the Hi-tech Park Build up the incubator near renowned universities STIC and District co -establish business incubators Set up various specialized incubators in different technology fields Industry (16 specialized incubators) Now there are 35 incubators in Shanghai with 600, 000 m 2 incubation space and 2000 tenant companies as well as 33, 000 employment.
