Group Creativity Collaboration Facilitators Training Series Objective:Train facilitators to design and facilitate events that support creativity and innovation. These events will be known as “Group Creativity Collaboration Workshops — for idea generation. ” Client will select 20 participants for the first year. The participants will be team players and believers in collaboration, who are also good at listening (open minded). The skills developed will include proprietary models of Client plus methods input from ICA and Scenario Lab Taiwan. If facilitators demonstrate capability in the 7 competency arenas they will be awarded the ICA To. P Creative Collaboration Facilitator Certification. This certification communicates they have demonstrated competency in design, facilitation and client support specific to Creativity and Innovation. If they are deferred they will be informed what additional evidence is needed for certification. Those certified may do additional practice and documentation to qualify as a full ICA CTo. PF (Certified Technology of Participation Facilitator). This can be discussed after their individual evaluation at the end of the training and could require additional mentoring for certification.

P Facilitation Tools - Creative collaboration through Facilitation 3. Participatory Strategic Planning - Facilitating Consensus + Commitment CERTIFICATION PROCESS • Pre- program interviews – I day - Understanding of concept and commitment to participate fully • Mentoring 1 - 2 days – Jan 2013 - Journey and intention to facilitate based on in-program experience and video tape of a 30 to 90 min facilitated event / Personal development plan, 2013 4. Facilitating Creativity - Idea Divergence Different Tools to choose from (Consensus on Key Challenge) • Team design support as part of May Session – Module 6 5. Scenario Tool and Prototyping - Facilitate idea generation + Scenario Tools + Storyboard presentation + Prototyping • Monitoring include mentoring immediately during group sessions – 4 days – June 2013 - teams of 5 with each person having at least 1 role 6. Design and Image Change - Each team creates a draft design of their day for group creativity collaboration/ facilitation • Final Mentoring session and Celebration - 2 days in July- Feedback on achieving competencies If they have not demonstrated the competencies they will be told what is missing and allowed to do an additional facilitation (video) with 6 to 12 months to qualify Total 9 days
