Recent Press Releases On 9 July 2012, Mobey Forum issued a press release to the global trade media to launch its third mobile wallet white paper ‘Mobile Wallet: The Hidden Controls’. From this activity, a total of 48 pieces of coverage were generated in targeted trade media. On 16 July 2012, Mobey Forum issued a press release to the global trade media to announce the launch of its North American Chapter. From this activity, a total of 33 pieces of coverage were generated in targeted trade media. On 3 October 2012, the press release on new members was issued. The total coverage numbers are not yet available from this release.

Business Workgroup (BWG) The Business Workgroup is one of the permanent workgroups at Mobey. Forum It is chaired by Jordi Guaus from “la. Caixa” The group started to work on mobile wallets, too, and currently preparing the Part 4 release of Mobile Wallet. Meeting tomorrow at Marriott at 9 AM

Security Task Force working on security related issues in mobile financial services and has published several white papers internally in 2011 -2012. They are the main counterpart for the collaboration with TCG, Trusted Computing Group, and its security standard setting groups regarding mobile financial services Mobey Forum members have a unique opportunity to make wishes and requests for any security –related features and hardware that will be implemented in mobile devices, both for tablets and mobiles.
