Overview of the Ring Max System TM “RX” ring gasket M 12, Model RX is a ring joint gasket for pressures up to approximately 700 bar. This model is characterized as “pressure energized”, the outer sealing surfaces form the first contact with the flanges. Higher pressure causes increased gasket stress, improving the efficiency of the seal. RX seals are interchangeable with the R model groove.
