Two final ideas The importance of the relation between Collective Bargaining, Wages and financing of Social Security through sufficient wages, in order to guarantee current and future income The social protection floor can constitute an instrument to extend S. S. coverage to reach vulnerable populations; it has to be part of an integral sistem which nucleus is given by DECENT WORK and DECENT WAGES.

"Social Floor" and "Social Building" are two images to represent respectively the horizontal extension (population) and vertical (quantity and quality of benefits) of the Social Security coverage.
