Tag, and oversaw community outreach activities on the Manor Expressway, Bergstrom Expressway, and Oak Hill Parkway projects • Graduate of the University of Central Florida

2013 ACC Initiatives The Architectural Control Committee will review the current rules and propose changes to: • Further clarify rules that are deemed to need additional explanation. • Address new issues such as solar cells, wind turbines, and other external home improvements that are not currently covered by the rules. • Address other architectural issues identified by the homeowners. • Send your ideas to acc@ghhassociation. org Copies of the Building Guidelines will be provided in new homeowner packets in order to inform new residents of what is expected when making home improvements. The realty companies have not been advising new residents that there are rules governing home improvements, and this has caused a few issues.
