ROLE OF THE COACHES COMMITMENT: To providing a comprehensive twelve month program of strategizing, planning, training, and supporting your players. DESIGN: Practice and game plans that maximize the players’ potential for success. TEACH: Safety through proper fundamentals (head out tackling, thud speed practices and contact)and positive interaction and sportsmanship through respectful, consistent, tried and true coaching strategies. -I have surrounded your players with trustworthy and wellrespected men. CREATE: Positive atmosphere and a winning culture through positive coaching techniques and a wealth of knowledge. DEVELOP: Young men into positive members/influences in our society that model character and dignity.

ROLE OF THE PARENTS SUPPORT: Players and Coaches on and off the field. -Criticism of coaches, play calls, and other players are detrimental to the development of the student. Criticism of players and coaches lowers morale. Their perspective is different than yours. -As a parent, we must support what they have committed to. FOSTER: An environment that reinforces healthy communication, time management, accountability, and perseverance. -Allow them to develop coping mechanisms. -Allow them to focus on what they can control. -Allow them to OVERCOME ADVERSITY! PARTICIPATE: In fundraisers and volunteer responsibilities. -Your participation is a sign of your support for their experience. -We need to have more people volunteer and we need to have more people participate in the donations. This is all about the kids but we all need to chip in.
