THE MAIN INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT • It is applied like finishing material more than 40 years. Quartz-vinyl tile is • • • produced by pressing method at high temperatures and is made from the mixture containing arenaceous quartz, vinyl, plasticizers and pigments. Arenaceous quartz makes product abrasion resistant, chemically tolerant and thermally stable, the use of plasticizers makes product flexible and shock resistant. Thanks to components which are part of a tile it has the highest attrition resistance (tile presented on the Russian market has the highest “T” group), firmness, flexibility and chemical resistance to the basic alkalis and acids mixtures. Quartz-vinyl tile is fireproof. The class of combustibility is G 2 (products of G 1 class are made also), smoke-forming ability - D 2 class. Tile does not absorb moisture (as laminate). Fire safety. Temperature range is from 40 о. С up to +200 о. С. A tile is subdivided into classes only on the basis of its width. Quartz-vinyl tile is not subject to shrinkage, deformation and extension (it is flexible as linoleum, but does not break up as ceramic granite). Tile saves dimensions and appearance irrespective of environmental influence. High level of acoustic insulation (in comparison with ceramic granite and laminate).

INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE Install over smooth, dry screed coating (residual moisture no more than 3 %), fre oils and dust. If there are bumps, cracks, level difference, etc. it is necessary to eliminate these defects. The concrete floor must be grounded. Recommended temperature is 015 -20 С. At the beginning of installation it is necessary to mark start point through which lines go in the longitudinal and in the broadside direction. Tiles are glued on the sub-base end-to-end. It is better to use the following adhe UZIN-КЕ 2000 S, UZIN-КЕ 2428, THOMSIT UK 4000, THOMSIT K-88 Е, TEKS, rubbe bitumen mastic. It’s better to install tiles very close to each other but without squeezing and exce compression. To fit the tile, it is pressed to the floor with heavy-weight press in 2 directions when installed. Technician could install from 60 up to 200 sq. m. for 8 business hours depends (it on the type of premise and different types of "obstacles").
