What is Training the Trainer (T. t. T. )? z. An effective 2 day seminar z. M. W. Bro. Robert (Bob) Conley will be the facilitator zthe training consists of two parts. z. One, is the instruction for the 21 Laws. z. Second is the instruction on how to teach the 21 Laws course. 12/25/2021 16
The T. t. T. program details z. Place - M. M. C. 420 Corydon Avenue, Winnipeg z. Friday, April 24, meet & greet z. Saturday & Sunday April 25 & 26 th all day sessions z. Travel & accommodation will be paid by Grand Lodge for those distant Brethren 12/25/2021 17
The T. t. T. program details z. Participants will be expected to obtain at their own expense a copy of the book "The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership” by John Maxwell z. Each District will select 2 members who are the rank of M. M. or above. z. They will be a Trainer and an Alternate Trainer 12/25/2021 18
The T. t. T. program details z. Participants will be expected to be willing to undertake a minimum 3 year commitment to be the District Trainers z. Each Trainer will be expected to replace himself when he resigns as a District Trainer z. There will be no charge to the Trainers and Alternate trainers selected 12/25/2021 19
The T. t. T. program details z. The course material, handouts and workbooks will be provided at no charge z. Please, submit the 2 names from your District to the Grand Secretary on or before January 31, 2009. 12/25/2021 20
The “ 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership Course” is zsix 2 hour sessions z. One session per month z. There is course material and workbooks z. In Michigan they also offer the course to the local community at a nominal charge z. The Districts could charge for the course and provide an honorarium to the trainers 12/25/2021 21
