GOWN DISTRIBUTION & RESPONSIBILITY You are receiving your Gown & Cap TODAY!!!! Tables are set up by ALPHA in ATRIUM A-Gal Gam- N O-Z You will get: a personalized package that includes your sized gown and cap A formal invitation to the Grad ceremony with a map to the hall Tassels and programs will be on your seat at the ceremony Note: it is your responsibility to arrive to the hall at 2 p. m. WEARING your gown and cap PIN YOUR CAP! And bring extra pins
GRADUATION MASS Thursday June 28 th St. Francis Xavier Church 9: 30 am Recipients of this year’s School Letter award will be awarded them at the mass*

WHEN YOU GET TO THE HALL STUDENT Arrival 2 p. m. Once through the main doors head up one of the two flights of stairs We have the entire upstairs to get organized Head to the very back of the space Tables are set up by alpha You need to CHECK IN!
You will receive: A cue card- ensure you write down any adjustments to your name and how to pronounce it The cue card will be numbered- this is your spot in the order of procession* Any medals (Honour Roll and/or Ontario Scholar*) you have received The procession is split in two groups A-L on the left side upstairs when coming from the stairs M-Z on the right side upstairs To line up: Find your buddy in front and behind you numerically- start lining up yourselves Teachers will announce when it is officially time to line up LISTEN!!!!!!
SHOW TIME! Once in correct numbered order we will start proceeding downstairs promptly at 4 pm You will proceed through these doors and follow the teacher leaders to the red carpet These teachers will lead you (in order) to your seat for the ceremony
THE SHOW Once seated- put on those tassels; Peruse the program Sit back and enjoy the show When a teacher signals your row to stand follow their direction Watch your step! Hear your name, take your walk, receive a BLACK FOLDER may contain: • A Grad photo composite (only if ordered) • SHSM certificates • French & Business certificates BLACK FOLDER Smile for the camera Enjoy your moment ACTUAL DIPLOMA- ready for pick up in October
GRAD ADDITIONS Your Grad gift is a framed photo of you on the stage with Mr. Furgiuele These will only be available after the ceremony in the foyer Pick up is done in the same alpha order as grad gown pickup A-Gal; Gam-N; O-Z Please be kind and patient! There will be one for everyone present at the ceremony Only one copy/frame available Flowers will be available for purchase in the hall’s foyer (tell your parents!)
GRAD VIDEO : PHOTO BOOTH Spirit media are organizing a grad photo booth on Thursday and Friday during all lunches on the stage of the caf. The photos and video taken at the photo booth will be used in the grad video and in a slideshow in the foyer of the venue.

TABLES: RESERVE JUNE 4 TH, 5 TH AND 6 TH Process: One representative gather all tickets and guest forms of people you are sitting with Make sure to check off food allergies or sensitivities on the form The designated person will then come to room 224 during period 1 or 2 to reserve a table: on Monday, June 4 th, Tuesday, June 5 th and Wednesday, June 6 th If you do not fill all 10 seats of a table, that's o. k. If you do not follow this process, we will seat you randomly
