LOCATION & TIME • Raleigh Convention Center • Rehearsal – Friday, 3 June at 3: 30 PM – Don’t be late – parking does take time!!! • Ceremony – Friday, 10 June at 8: 00 PM – All should arrive by 6: 45 PM – Doors open for guests at 7: 00 PM – Concert….

REHEARSAL: BASIC INFO • You DO NOT need your cap or gown. • You will receive your tickets at graduation as if you were receiving your diploma (it’s good practice)! • Pay Attention and Be Flexible!!! • Exhibition “C” – Entrance • Parking fees - $7. 00 – unless you find street parking or ride the bus

GRADUATION CEREMONY: • You NEED your cap or gown. – No decorating mortar boards – Follow the dress code – Only APPROVED cords, medals, or pins permitted. • There is no place to ‘safely’ store your personal items. • Processional begins at 7: 53. Arrive at 8, you’re too late! • Exhibition “C” – Entrance for Graduates • You receive the COVER on stage, the DIPLOMA backstage!
