KEY TERMS • GPA – Grade Point Average: a calculated average of the letter

KEY TERMS • GPA – Grade Point Average: a calculated average of the letter grades you have earned – Unweighted (ranging from 0 – all F’s – to 4 – all A’s) – Weighted (extra points for rigor, including honors, dual enrollment, AICE, and AP) – Cumulative • Transcript – A record of your academic accomplishments, including all courses taken in high school, as well as high school courses taken in middle school (e. g. Algebra I, Spanish) – Lists every class you have taken by semester, as well as the grades you earned in each class
