GP Fellowships in the East Midlands Dr Caroline Ahrens Associate Postgraduate Dean HEE across East Midlands
Why do we need a GP Fellowship Programme?
Not enough recruits
New GPs heading for sunny climes
Or the bright lights of London
Lack of appreciation of the profession
Lack of choice of placements
We need to hang on to our young talent
Funded from the underspend in GP training
