When faced with two tasks, a part of the brain known as the Medial Prefrontal Cortex divides the tasks into two parts so that one half the brain focuses on a task and the other half focuses on another. In this study it is safe to say that it is capable for a person to do two tasks at one time, so texting and driving is capable for the human brain to do( but it also depends on the individual. ) People might say that the text is important and time sensitive, however, in our opinion if it is THAT important pull over and continue to drive when done.
