DREAM CAR PROJECT Due date: Friday, April 2 (before midnight) ØSlide 1: Choose your dream car. Needs to be standard makes and models and not super rare / super car, try and stay within a reasonable budget, otherwise payments are going to be very high and the insurance quote might be difficult. Can't be quad / motor cycle / horse carriage etc, cars and trucks only! § Include year/ make / model of the vehicle as well as the cost it will be to buy it. ØSlide 2: Why is this your dream car? Pretend like you're trying to brag to everyone about all the awesome things about your vehicle. Think of yourself as a salesman trying to sell this car. Maybe tell how fast it is, or how much clearance it has for off-roading. You have a lot of freedom with this slide!

Use 3. 5% for interest rate. Include all labels, monthly payment and the total cost of the loan on your slideshow. § Car Insurance: Go to any car insurance website and request a quote for your vehicle. Geico claims this will take 15 minutes or less! Make sure you include comprehensive and collision coverage as well. Use fake name etc if you want and use the date of birth 01/01/2003. You can take a screen shot and paste it into your Power. Point.

Using $2. 85 for gas tell us how much it will cost to drive from Tucson to Phoenix AND Tucson to Los Angeles. Make sure and include the math calculations for these on your slide (use the highway MPG).

FUEL EFFICIENCY EXAMPLE Suppose it costs $2. 90 for a gallon of gas and your car gets 25 MPG on the highway. How much will it cost to drive from Tucson to Flagstaff?
