PERMANENCES GONFLAGE • Tuesday and Thursday lunch times, all year round – 1 permanence per month per gonfleur volunteer (on average) – Opening time of 30 minutes, 12: 30 to 13: 00, works well • Allow the gonfleurs time to get a quick lunch! • Take care to correctly register equipment loans and returns to club (Gestmat) YOU are responsible for the equipment you borrow! – – – Keep cold water regulators in « jumbo » box provided Empty and dry BCD (Stabs) after use Transport tanks with care Return equipment promptly after diving (max 10 days) Club rules setup to manage equipment for the benefit of all • Loan of club equipment for private outing (P 3+) MUST be justified with a declared private outing on the club website

NITROX Gonflage Service • Well extablished core service in the club • 74 Tank fills with club standard Nitrox 32% Oxygen • 54 Pony tank fills (usually Nitrox 50% Oxygen for decompression) • 4 club pony tanks replaced with Aluminium tanks. • Nitrox service and Denis Regat work organizing training courses enabling many members to get certified in both basic and advanced Nitrox.

GONFLAGE TRIMIX • No Trimix gonflages in 2017 (partial pressures procedure) • New system: Stick-melangeur with dedicated compressor, work in progress (almost complete) • Look forwards to a fully operational system, and a renewed Trimix diving activity in 2018 • Price of Helium, per tank fill to be established

Vacancy Notice: Responable Gonflage • Guy’s been doing it for too long (6 years) • Small role, but requires some regular follow-up • Recruiting/Training/Recyclage of gonfleur team • Make sure permanence’s are covered • Follow up issues, tampon pressure, gestmat etc • Keep procedure documents up to date • A good option for a committee member who is already an experienced gonfleur (Air and Nitrox)
