OSNOVNE INFORMACIJE IDEJNOG RJEŠENJA: • Početna stanica gondole: „Hajdučke vode” (803 metra n. v. ). • Krajnja stanica gondole: Manastir Liplje (381 metar n. v. ). • Planirana dužina gondole je 4. 194 metra. • Na ovom prostoru postoji veliki turistički potencijal (Banja Vrućica je udaljena samo 25 kilometara, a Hotel Hajdučke vode i manastir Liplje takođe imaju veliki turistički potencijal koji nije dovoljno iskorišten). • Cilj projekta je obogaćivanje i objedinjavanje turističke ponude u oblasti planinskog, banjskog i vjeskog turizma. BASIC INFORMATION OF CONCEPTUAL DESIGN: • Starting station of gondola: „Hajdučke vode” (803 meters of altitude). • Ending station of gondola: Monastery Liplje (381 meters of altitude). • Planned length of gondola is 4. 194 meters. • In this area there is a great tourist potential (Banja Vrućica is only 25 kilometers away, and Hotel Hajdučke vode and monastery Liplje also possess a great tourist potential which is not used enough). • The goal of the project is enrichment and integration of tourist offer in the area of mountain, spa and religious tourism.

TURISTIČKI POTENCIJALI HOTELA HAJDUČKE VODE: • • • Smješten je na planini Borje, udaljen 32 km od Teslića, 26 km od Kotor Varoša i 60 km od Banja Luke. Nalazi se na atraktivnoj lokaciji u srcu borove šume što ga čini vazdušnom banjom jedinstvenoj na širem području. Hotel posjeduje luksuzne smještajne kapacitete, raznoliku gastro ponudu, „wellness” , „fitness” te druge sportske i animacijske sadržaje. U turističkom kompleksu se nalaze mnogobrojni sportski tereni za fudbal, mali fudbal, tenis, košarku, odbojku, rukomet, skijanje, kuglanje i bazen, što predstavlja vrlo povoljne uslove za pripreme profesionalnih sportista. Takođe, hotel nudi mogućnost organizacije različitih poslovnih događaja u konferencijskoj sali kapaciteta stotinu sjedećih mjesta što predstavlja odlične uslove za organizaciju seminara, predavanja i različitih poslovnih konferencija. .

TOURIST POTENTIAL OF HOTEL HAJDUČKE VODE: • • • It is located on the mountain Borje, 32 km away from Teslić, 26 km from Kotor Varoš and 60 km from Banja Luka. It is on attractive location in the heart of a pine forrest which makes it a unique air spa in the wider area. The hotel possesses luxurous accommodation capacities, diverse gastronomic offers, „wellness”, „fitness” and other sports and entertainment contents. Inside tourist complex there are numerous sports fields, a football pitch, a futsal pitch, a tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, handball court, skiing track, bowling alley and swimming pool, which represent very favourable conditions for preparation of professional athletes. Also, the hotel offers a possibility of organization of various business events in conference room of the capacity of a hundred seating positions which presents excellent conditions for organizations of seminars, lectures and various business conferences.

TURISTIČKI POTENCIJALI MANASTIRA LIPLJE: • • • Srednjevjekovni srpski pravoslavni manastir Liplje ima izuzetan potencijal za vjeski turizam koji nije ni blizu iskorišten, prvenstveno zbog loše putne infastrukture. Prema narodnom predanju manastir je zadužbina Svetog Save iz 1219. godine. Njegova jedinstvena arhitektura ga čini jednim od najljepših sakralnih objekata u Bosni i Hercegovini. Smješten je na pola puta Banja Luka – Doboj (magistralni put M 4) sa sjeverne strane planine Borje na pitomoj zaravni ušća potoka Mliječanica u rječicu Bistricu. Sa ovog puta manastiru se skreće kod autobuske stanice Klupe od koje je udaljen 12 kilometara. Manastir Liplje je kroz svoju istoriju više puta bio devastiran i obnavljan. Zadnji puta je obnovljen 1984. godine. Glavni manastirski sabori u toku godine su: Blagovijesti - manastirska slava, Petrovske poklade, nedelja po Ilindanu - godišnjica najnovije obnove manastira, Pokrov Presvete Bogorodice, Božić i Sveti Sava. Najveći broj vijernika (turista) posjećuje manastir upravo na ove sabore.

TOURIST POTENTIALS OF MONASTERY LIPLJE: • • • The medieval Serbian Orthodox monastery Liplje has great potential for religious tourism which is not nearly utilized, primarily due to poor road infrastructure. According to popular legend, the monastery was founded by Saint Sava in 1219. Its unique architecture makes it one of the most beautiful sacral buildings in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Located halfway between Banja Luka - Doboj (highway M 4) on the north side of the mountain Borje on a gentle plateau on the mouth of the stream Mliječanica in the river Bistrica. From this road at the bus station Klupe, You turn to the road that leads to the monastery that is 12 kilometers away. Monastery Liplje has throughout its history repeatedly been devastated and rebuilt. It was renovated for the last time in 1984. The main monastery synods during the year are: the Annunciation-the glory of the monastery, Petrine carnival, Sunday at St. Elias - anniversary of the latest restoration of the monastery, Intercession of the Theotokos, Christmas and St. Sava. The largest number of faithful (tourists) visit the monastery mostly to these synods.
