Always Preparing 2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. John 14: 2 -3 (KJV)
Always Preparing 9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. 1 Cor 2: 9 (KJV)
31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: 32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: 33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. 34 Then shall the King say Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom PREPARED for you from the foundation of the world: Matt 25: 31 -34 (KJV) unto them on his right hand,
41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, PREPARED for the devil and his angels: Matt 25: 41 (KJV)
Always teaching God is always in the teaching mode Every event recorded in the Bible has a lesson that we can learn from
Always teaching 16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. 2 Tim 3: 16 -17 (KJV)
Always teaching Every situation we go through in life has a lesson that we can learn and grow from The problem is that man is not always in the learning mode.
Always teaching Many of us have to go through the same class over and over again because we don’t pass the tests. So what can we do?
So what can we do? Study the “rightly divided” Word. 15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. 2 Tim 2: 15 (KJV)
So what can we do? We must have the Spirit of God living within us (The Holy Ghost) 13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. John 16: 13 (KJV)
So what can we do? Get Wisdom and understanding 7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding. Prov 4: 7 (KJV)
So what can we do? Just like the disciples, we must let wisdom and understanding of the Truth of God develop. 45 Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures, Luke 24: 45 (KJV)
So what can we do? 9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; Col 1: 9 (KJV) This is what this Home Fellowship/Bible Study is all about.
So what can we do? • Finally we must be patient • Remember that God’s timetable and ours don’t always match up. • Maybe our mansion is not ready yet. • Maybe our cake is not done yet. • The process may not be complete just yet.
Patiently Prepare 31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40: 31 (KJV) While we are waiting…. PREPARE!
