Cognos Cost Share Reports Located in the Cognos Sponsored Programs folder GM 093 Cost Share Commitment Status • Presents revenue & expense data from NUFinancials • Multi-year view of budget, revenue and expense (i. e. Available elsewhere only on single fiscal year basis) • Provides comprehensive view of all departments committing cost share funds to project GM 094 Cost Share Journal Details • Detail on budget journals used to establish revenue budgets for departments contributing to cost share • Detail on actuals journals of transfers made to support the budgeted commitment • It may be run independently or via a drill from the GM 093
