Customer Use Case • A ‘Use Case’ shows Why would customers buy/use your product? Any barriers to adoption—why wouldn’t they use it? How it fits their value chain (outside needs & wants) How customers interface with your service (app, service center, etc) • How customers use your service (all the steps) • Any post-use/post sign-up support processes • • • Example use case w/target customers • Select key features & build customer use case— 1 hr. • Things to consider: Feature design, any partnerships needed, content management, revenue generation, who to talk to for more info
