Global Liberal Studies Overview The Virtual Advising Presentation applies to you in everyway but please consult this quick presentation for clarification of CAS Core Requirements. If you are an internal transfer student from the Global Liberal Studies (GLS) program, you have possible benefits and exemptions from the CAS Core curriculum, based on the LS/GLS Core classes you have taken. Some of these courses, singularly or in combination, will satisfy CAS Core. NOTE: If you did not complete the exact courses listed here, there are no exceptions. You must then default to the CAS Core requirements as specified in the Virtual Advising Presentation and CAS Core website. You are NOT allowed to take these –UF courses once you are a CAS student.

Other Core Options If you did not take the courses listed in the previous slide, please refer to the CAS Virtual Advising Presentation and Core website for the various ways to satisfy the CAS Core curriculum. Some options involve taking designated courses, or by completing specific majors or minors.
