Visa Application Materials Visa application materials must be ready to submit to the Chinese Consulate by Thursday, May 4, 2017 – Have copies of everything! Required for everyone: • Passport (must be valid for at least another 6 months with at least one blank visa page) • Passport photo • Completed visa application • Proof of roundtrip airfare & lodging • Copy of government-issued ID Required where applicable: • Photocopy of previous visas to China + info page • Photocopy of passport info page if different from current passport • Previous Chinese passport, if former Chinese citizen

Travel Clinic The Engemann Student Health Center offers individualized country-specific health consultations for students traveling abroad.
