How can you demonstrate leadership in a supporting role? Why might leaders need to be innovative? Enduring Understandings Each person has his/her own leadership style. Leadership actions of all sizes can have significant impact. Leadership requires communication, collaboration, making connections, creativity and innovation, and critical thinking and problem solving.
