Main Achievements - TCF involved youth and other citizens into decision making and its structures (Board and Grant Committees)-170 volunteers annually. - TCF built partnerships at local, regional, state and international level in the fields of youth empowerment, community organizing and community philanthropy. - In 2014, 1300 active citizens and youth participated in training and workshops - improved leadership capacities for implementation of community activities in a three years (without Agora centre) Tuzla Community Foundation-Programs and Activities 26

Main Achievements - Small grants helped to increase the level of citizens and youth participation community development. - In 2014, approximately 3400 people were involdved in the implementation of community benefit projects. - Number of direct beneficiaries increased from 3000 -8000 annually in the last 5 years.
