GHCL LIMITED (Unit : Sree Meenakshi Mills) Madurai Date : 25/08/2014 to 31/08/2014
Day – 1 : Take GHCL Core Values pledge & Core Value Card Distribution in Tamil Language (25/08/2014) On the first day of GHCL Core Values Week Celebration everyone has pledged the core value followed by the speaker. GHCL core values card has distributed to all the employees in GHCL Yarn Division, Madurai.
Day – 2 : Drawing & Slogan Competition (26/08/2014) On the second day (26/8/2014) Slogan and Drawing Competitions based on GHCL Core Values was conducted. Around 12 employees were participated in the competitions.
Day – 3 Tree Plantation (27/08/2014) On the 3 rd day (27/8/2014), Tree plantation program was held at near OE Unit Extension area. Mr. Chandramouli (Sr. VP – Finance), Mr. M. Sivabalasubramanin (Sr. VP – Operations) were the chief guests of the program, and also all GM’s and Second line managers were participated in the tree plantation.
Day – 4 : GHCL Core Values Awareness Session @ Women’s Hostel On the Fourth day (27/8/2014) we conducted GHCL Core values awareness session at Women's hostel campus. Mr. A. Elangovan (Sr. GM –P), Mr. N. Rajagopal (GM-T) and the second line managers gave special speech about GHCL Core Values. Finally around 350 women apprentices took GHCL Core values Pledge.
Day – 5 : GHCL Core Values Awareness Session @ Vaigai Hall On the Fifth day (27/8/2014) we conducted GHCL Core values awareness session at Vaigai Hall. Mr. V. Jayamuthumagesh (Manager – HR) gave special speech about GHCL Core Values to permanent staff and apprecenties.
Day – 6 : Essay Competition (30/06/2014) On the sixth day (30/8/2014), Essay Competitions based on GHCL Core Values was conduced at our Campus. Around 15 employees were participated in the competitions.
GHCL Core Values week Closing Meeting on 01/09/2014 On 01/09/2014, our GHCL Yarn Division, Madurai has conducted the closing meeting of Core Value. Mr. K. C. Ravi, Mr. A. Elangovan and Mr. N. Rajagopal explained the awareness of Core Value. Second line managers also participated in this meeting. At the end of the meeting the prizes were distributed to the winners by the guests.
