Communities of Interest (COI) 1. Request a COI via web ticket • New COI requestors must be US DOD or have a DOD sponsor. 2. Knowledge Management support is available. COI Owner’s Responsibilities: • Control Visibility, Access and Membership • The COI Owner must approve all users who request access to their COI • Manage content • Decide on which APAN tools to install (training available) 3
