That said, I recommend you ONLY give away one copy per giveaway and run multiple giveaways throughout the year.
How Long Does It Take for Approval? Goodreads tries to approve all giveaways within two business days, though in periods of increased traffic, it sometimes takes longer. Contacting support does not expedite the process, so please be patient.

Announce Your Giveaway Post our Giveaway Widget on your blog, website, and Facebook page. This might spur interest in your other titles. The Giveaway Widget works by helping you reach the people most likely to enjoy your book − your fans! I recommend a dedicated blog post to announce your giveaway. The post can simply say, “Hey, I’m giving away a copy of my book, ____. ” Share your blog post across all your social media accounts. Include a meme with your book cover and the giveaway announcement link.
Giveaway Books! There is no magic to online marketing. Each author will have to find what works for them and their books. But with Goodreads you can create interest in your books for little or no money and this exposure may, in time, lead to “long-tail” sales.
